I had an experience very much like another reviewer, Jordan Richey, and Leo was the driver who showed up. Leo is amazing, he really knows his stuff regarding Tesla service. Mr. Richey had loaner tire service declined but in my case the Tesla rep through the app told me mobile service and loaner service was unavailable. Leo arrives and he’s got a loaner tire on his truck. He began a conversation with his dispatch center while I reached out to Tesla in the app. Triton was able to get approval for the loaner before anyone at Tesla responded to me. Leo and his support staff at Triton are the best and I’ll be calling them directly should I need any roadside Tesla help in the future. They earned my confidence tonight and more importantly Leo earned my trust. Triton is lucky to have this man working for them and Tesla needs to take note of Leo and Triton, they are truly bridging a gap in Teslas support system. I was not exceptionally happy with the way Tesla managed my flat tire, but I am EXCEPTIONALLY HAPPY with the effort provided by Leo and Triton. They really made a difference for me tonight and I appreciate what they did for me very much.
