If you ever find yourself in need of a tow I highly recommend Triton Towing Company. It's never any fun to find yourself in this situation, but the driver from Triton named Jamal was highly professional and put me at ease. He towed my vehicle to the shop of my choice and then gave me a ride home. We chatted during the entire trip.
It turns out he went to school in my neighborhood, and is the same age as my godson who went to that school. We ended our trip making all kinds of small world connections. He's a very ambitious and knowledgeable young man working 2 jobs to feed his young, growing family. He made a very stressful situation for me into something pleasant. He made me realize how grateful I was that there were no injuries in this accident and I was very blessed. This was not the type of interaction or experience that I would have expected from a tow truck driver. If all of Triton Towing company drivers are as professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant as Jamal thety must be a highly successful company.
